LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

If we are ever determined to be liable for damages to you for any reason arising out of, related to or in connection with the Material in any manner, then any damages owing to you will be liquidated to the amount of profits we derive from advertising revenues that were derived solely and exclusively from  your viewing of the material.  

JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES 

The Site is controlled and operated by us from our offices in New Delhi, India. We make no representation that the Material in the Site is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.  

This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced solely in accordance with the laws of the India and the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction in this regard. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the matters contained herein.  

TERMINATION 

This agreement will terminate immediately without notice from us if in our sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Site and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise. In the event of termination, the disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liabilities, damages and remedies set forth in this Agreement shall survive.  

OTHER 

If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. We may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms and Conditions to which you are bound.
